Return and Refund Policy – Aromise
At AROMISE, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. While we aim for every order to exceed expectations, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Please review our policy below.
1. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of personal care and fragrance products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@aromise.in with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.
2. Refunds
Refunds are issued only in cases where a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Refunds will not be issued for change-of-mind purchases, scent preferences, or minor cosmetic variations in packaging.
3. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if the request is received before the product has been shipped. Once dispatched, the order is considered final and cannot be canceled.
